Personal and SME current and savings accounts will not be impacted.

For the remainder of the period, Nationwide APIs will be available as normal. However, some requests may fail.

During this period, Nationwide APIs will be available as normal. However, some requests may fail. There will be a period from approximately 03:00 to 05:00 where payment requests will be queued, however all requests will be processed.

LBG would like to advise that due to planned maintenance of a Core Banking System, the ability to make payments for some customers will be impacted on 4th January 2024 between 01:00 and 04:00. This may extend until 05:00 if a backout is required. In addition, this change will cause disruption to our Account Information Services. This is not expected to be a full outage as datasets will still be returned if AIS services are called, however customer's real-time data will not be available. The data available will only be those transactions posted up until the outage window. On completion, all transactions posted during this outage period will be available when AIS endpoints are called.
