During this window, the Capital One Open Banking API endpoints were unavailable due to essential maintenance. The Capital One Mobile Application and Online Banking platform remained available.

Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance between 02:00 and 07:00 GMT on 12th January 2025. TPPs will be unable to grant new consents for credit card accounts hosted on the stand alone APIs. Existing consents will continue to work as expected.
Personal and SME current and savings accounts will not be impacted.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Virgin Money would ike to notify the ecosystem that we are experiencing an outage of the stand-alone API service for accounts hosted on https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ since 06:30 GMT this morning. As a result, TPPs will recieve errors for all requests.
These issues are currently under priority investigation and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
